This case involves an Appeal against a Prohibition Order served by London Borough of Newham. The Prohibition Order related to six Category 1 hazards namely: fire, excess cold, electrical hazards, lighting, damp and mould growth and falls on stairs; and three Category 2 hazards, namely: personal hygiene, sanitation and drainage, food safety and structural collapse and falling elements. The appeal was dismissed.
