This case relates to an Appeal against an Improvement Notice served by Great Yarmouth Borough Council. The Improvement Notice involves Category 1 & 2 hazards such as Excess Cold, food safety and falling elements.
The Eastern Panel awarded costs for the Appellant to pay to the Local Authority due to non compliance with Tribunal Directions and failing to communicate both with the Tribunal and the Local Authority since the appeal was filed.
This case relates to an Application for a Rent Repayment Order made by 3 Tenants of the same property. The Midland Panel ordered the Respondent to pay the Tenants a total of £1,600.
