If you are a landlord or a letting agent, or maybe a housing advisor, it is important to know your subject inside out. But reading books and attending courses takes time – time that busy people like you don’t have.

With an audiobook you can make use those ‘dead’ periods of time
- In your car, driving between properties
- decorating or cleaning a property between lets, or
- while walking the dog or
- working out at the gym (if you ever get time for this!)
Below is a message from Tessa Shepperson from Landlord Law and the popular Foundations in Law Series.
A Message From Tessa
You may have noticed that I have been mentioning my tenancy agreements audiobook from time to time. Well, we are now very close to launching it.
As usual I am releasing some information about it in advance of launch, and two blog posts are now online. Both of which carry a free download:
A general introduction to the audiobook >> here refers to my Quick Guide to Preparing a Tenancy Agreement – this is an 11 page pdf which you will probably find useful.
Julie’s big mistake >> here is a short story about a lady who had problems and severe financial losses due to changes she made to the tenancy agreement without advice. This post refers to a free section of the audiobook itself – parts 16 and 17 – which look at unfair terms in tenancy agreements.
Helping busy landlords & advisors learn >> here find out how I created the audiobook and why I chose to do an audiobook in the first place.
The audiobook section is to give you an opportunity to listen to it to see if you like it. A further section will be given away in a couple of days time, in the leadup to the launch next week.
You can get both of the downloads currently available now, if you sign up to the Your Law Store mailing list – you will find links from the blog posts, or you can sign up direct >> here.
With all best wishes
Tessa Shepperson
PS Make sure you get the free downloads – you can get them >>here.
