Luton Council has successfully prosecuted fast food shop Tubby J’s, formally operating at 193 Dunstable Road in Luton, for offences under the licensing, food hygiene and health and safety legislation between January and October 2010.
A Chinese takeaway has been fined thousands of pounds after customers complained to the council of food poisoning.
An organic food business has been ordered to close after environmental health inspectors discovered a mice infestation at the premises. Mice droppings were found in the shop area, packing room and warehouse at Leicester Wholefood Co-operative, magistrates heard.
