Housing: Bis-Mil-Lah Enterprises Ltd fined £15,000 for illegal buildings

Luton Council has successfully prosecuted Bis-Mil-Lah Enterprises Limited of Victoria Street in Luton, for failing to comply with a Planning Enforcement Notice. The notice required the use of two detached outbuildings as self-contained dwellings to cease because the buildings were being let for accommodation without planning permission.
