This case involves an Appeal against a demand for recovery of expenses served by London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, in relation to Improvement works carried out by them.

The London Panel dismissed the appeal as the Appellant was unable to show any grounds for questioning its validity. However, the Respondent’s Administration Charges based on 30% of the costs of the Improvement works are too high.
