This case relates to an Appeal against an Improvement Notice made by Newcastle City Council. The Northern Panel determined that the Improvement Notice was invalid in that the ‘notes’ to the Improvement Notice were not served at the same time as the Improvement Notice. Therefore the Tribunal could not determine the appeal as they had no Jurisdiction.
