A landlord and property owner were fined a total of £5,000, plus £660 costs and a victim surcharge of £30 for failing to comply with an improvement notice under s30 of the Housing Act 2004.
The decision relates to an Appeal against an Improvement Notice served by Derby City Council. The Improvement Notice served by the Respondent was quashed.
