At Redhill Magistrates Court on 6 June 2011, landlords Mr Ciesco and his sister Ms Ciesco, the owners of 40 Miles Road, Epsom pleaded guilty to two offences against the Housing Act, the first being ‘Breach of Prohibition Order’ and the other ‘Failure to Licence a House in Multiple Occupation’.

A landlord has been ordered to pay £42,000 for keeping his properties in a dangerous condition (Photos Below).
