The owner of a Kingston restaurant has been fined £3,000 for failing to keep his premises clean and breaking food hygiene rules.
On Wednesday 19 February 2014, Mr John Wong from St Ives Chinese and Thai Takeaway pleaded guilty to eight food hygiene offences at Peterborough Magistrates Court, in a case brought by Huntingdonshire District Council.
A restaurant in Middle Street, Brighton, that pleaded guilty to four breaches of food hygiene was today ordered to pay over £4000 in fines, costs and victim surcharge at Brighton Magistrates Court (Thursday, February 6).
