These links have been very popular and I have been planning to improve the feature for some time. Fareham Borough Council has successfully prosecuted the owner of Kams Palace, for five offences under the Food Hygiene Regulations and two offences under Health and Safety legislation.

A Brighton restaurant that voluntarily closed after council officers found dead mice and rodent droppings was ordered to pay just over £4,500 at Brighton Magistrate’s court for food hygiene breaches on Thursday, 2 January.

A landlord who was letting out three self contained outbuildings at the back of a house in Hounslow has been fined almost £6,500 following a prosecution by Hounslow Council.
Housing: Fine for Bangor property owner
The owner of a Bangor property has been ordered to pay £2,500 and will be required to carry out immediate improvement work on his house at Caellepa in the city.

On 17 January 2014 at Truro Magistrates Court, Cornwall Council’s Private Sector Housing Team successfully prosecuted landlords Michelle Rachel Bathe and Stacey Darren Bathe of Devon for failing to comply with the requirements of the Housing Act 2004

Public Health England (PHE) has reported a continued significant increase in scarlet fever notifications across England with 883 new cases reported from 24 to 30 March: the highest weekly total across all weekly records available since 1982.
