A SWANSEA pizza restaurant has been served with a heavy fine for a string of food hygiene offences. Abbas Salami, owner of The Flying Pizza on Woodfield Road in Morriston, recently appeared in Swansea Magistrates Court and pleaded guilty to nine food hygiene offences.
