Faisal Khan failed to attend Luton Magistrates Court on 21 November where he was fined a record £35,000 for operating an unlicensed House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

Cherwell District Council has successfully prosecuted Mr Sikander Hayat, the manager of a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) at 22 Glamis Place, in Banbury, for failing to comply with HMO management regulations.
