A landlord has been ordered to pay £42,000 for keeping his properties in a dangerous condition (Photos Below). Mohammed Javaid, of Winchester Road in Hale, pleaded guilty to 20 offences at a hearing in Manchester Magistrates’ Court on July 6, after being prosecuted by both Manchester City Council and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service.
