RPT Decision: Improvement Notice (LON/00AU/HIN/2013/0008)
This case relates to an Appeal against an Improvement Notice issued by London Borough of Islington. The appeal concerned Category 1 Hazards for Excess Cold.
The tribunal varied the notice.
RPT Decision: Improvement Notice (MAN/00FA/HIN/2013/0016)
This case relates to an Appeal against an Improvement Notice issued by Hull City Council.
The tribunal upheld the council’s notice.
RPT Decision: Improvement Notice (LON/00AH/HIN/2013/0018)
This case relates to an Appeal against an Improvement Notice issued by London Borough of Croydon. The appeal concerned an improvement notice served on an uninhabited 3 storey Victorian house.
The tribunal therefore concluded that it was appropriate to confirm the Improvement Notice.
Environmental Protection: Two fly-tippers prosecuted in one week
Two men, who committed separate offences, have been successfully prosecuted for fly-tipping by Thanet District Council within a day of each other.
